Michael L. Cusack, MD.
Born in Peoria, Illinois, Dr. Cusack’s family has included 4 MDs and a Dental surgeon, father included. He attended Spalding High in Peoria Illinois and went on to Marquette University for Pre Med. Then University of Illinois Medical School. Dr. Cusack completed 3 years of Dermatology residency at University of Tennessee Medical School.
Dr. Cusack is a member of Alaska Medical Society and Alaska State Medical Association and American Academy of Dermatology.
